This was the takeaway section from that for me:

A-League chief executive Steve Rosich said one of the reasons Australian Sports Group, run by Fotopoulos and chairman Morris McAlister, was chosen as United's owner was their experience in helping deliver infrastructure.
He dodged the question when asked whether the government needed to bring forward plans for a new stadium now an ALM team was within sight.
