Good move for him. They sit a lot deeper than the rest of the CFG and can fix his obvious flaws in sweeping and accuracy in long passes in training
While utilising his excellent shot stopping in the games.

They are a yo-yo club but hopefully they can have a decent stay in the top division this time. They topped the L2 table last season.

The biggest news since the last update is Jovanovic to the MLS, a new home for Strain, Girdwood-Reich to Motherwell. Beach rumoured for the big 5 and France. Diles finds a new coaching challenge in Vietnam.

We had five Socceroos in the big five leagues last season. Ryan, Circati, Volpato, Metcalfe and Irvine.

We currently have four right now (Circati, Volpato, Okon-Engstler and Beach). A few non-debuted Socceroos also in and around top 5 league teams and youth teams. I expect Herrington to add to that number as well, and possibly Irankunda this off-season.

I think a reasonable expectation is to have the whole starting XI in 2030 playing in the top 5 leagues and more importantly some playing for big clubs too.
