Right at the end of next month should ensure Eliopoulos is back.

Will be interesting to see how the Thursday night works, on one hand its a traditional training night, on the other its close to the weekend.

Going head to head with Collingwood v Geelong is not ideal.

And we play Preston on 19 July and then they play Newcastle on 21 July so doubt they would play full strength against us with 2day turn around

Is that even allowed? Im pretty sure turnaround has to be 72 hours.

No I believe it was ALWAYS scheduled as a Saturday for some reason.... Lets not claim credit when its not warranted..

They’ll move our Preston game to Saturday 3pm that’s what they’ve done for all high risk fixtures this year

Im not, Saturday arvo is shit.

Preston should be playing the cup on Wednesday night and shifting its home game against bentleigh to the Sunday.

Its like no thought goes into these fixtures. We should be playing our cup game on a wednesday.

That's correct. FV policy prevents these matches held at night.

More from the perspective of good relations... we WILL need some accommodation considering we are forging forward with 40 thousand differnt competitons in the future. Sat or Sunday we will STILL get a crowd for the Preston game.
