Not mocking just stating facts! NRL more so state of origin will always be bigger in Australia then football. A sold out stadium in a state that is AFL heavy and smashing ratings like no tomorrow. When have the Socceroos ever done that? That’s right never. But it’s great see to victorians come out and support something else then AFL who would have to be embarrassed right now.

Coverage without culture is pointless.

paramount needs a product that is worthwhile watching season to season :)

I disagree the "product" can be shit it doesn't matter, if people are rusted on to clubs they will watch... look at AFL some of it is is terrible but they get massive ratings... Football to be popular here needs clubs people give a shit about.....

applies to nrl as well granted and yes both comps would have crap games/clubs yet still get ratings and nothing has changed for them generally but more $'s and the ongoing ratings....
Ours, yep well I won't carry on bout its flaws we've gone over it again and again, I can't be bothered anymore.
