I didn’t see the game so I can’t judge but how did our midfield function overall? Was it better because of an adjustment in the second half or the subs play better?


And if the subs did better will Popa have the balls to start them against Turkey?

Popovic will get all defensive and go vague. He should be asked what Robertson can't do that the other midfielders haven't done successfully themselves. Smack him with all the evidence that Robertson is superior.

O'Neill was much much better in the second half. He struggled badly until half time.

Probably to be expected coming off an injury.

We barely touched the ball for 45 minutes in the first half, and looked a completely different team after the break.

Circati and Souttar will make us very hard to score against. I think Burgess will ultimately get the nod as the third CB.
 
Can’t half tell half the players where only init until it last, And Volpato wants to play for this team? Hop3 he liked the longballs.
 
Just can't see how you can expect Bos to get up and down the wing all game but then also be our main creative influence? Is poppa insane?

We need multiple creative influences including playmakers in midfield who are able to create chances and progress the ball downfield instead of having Jordan Bos create the vast majority of chances for us whilst also playing on the wing for the entire match.
