So Volpato flew to LA when? Friday morning? So Friday night arrival and game within 24 hours. Highly unlikely

Yeah see how he feels but that's itinerary is ridiculous and this proves it can't have been in the works for more than a week as they'd have had him get over to be fresh.

Oh bloody hell! That's way too tight so Popovic needn't entertain the idea at all.

We've all flown, some of us business and I get the slight energy jolt once clearing customs but the crash comes and even as pro athletes with the luxuries this is way too tight.

Ryan got in on a Wednesday night for a Thursday NZ friendly once.
 
Vital for Souttar to get time and it seems he'll be starting. Metcalfe needs to feature at some point as he has played less. Start others and Metcalfe can come on late.

As I wrote recently it'd be great to go through the timeline and create an album of these pics.

Someone I know went to the Matildas games in Kenya and hasld hoped the promotional picture was available as a poster. I didn't want to disappoint by saying if the FA are shut with ticketing and kits then they're not going to produce posters. This is exactly where the FA have been wrong. Lazy complacent merchandising. It's just a poster but some look great and all the different products can sell. We get 3 generic t shirts and confusion about kit distribution.

Pretty sure they do them but I don’t know if they’re the same as the Insta ones.

Souttar fronted up for the press conference with Popovic, so in all likelihood that means Popovic is about to send him home.
 
Nice 20 degrees during game so shouldn't be too demanding after being in Florida.
