I've been to the AGMs and they publish the financials every year on the club website. I'm pretty sure that isn't true.
 
Ah - I wouldn’t believe everything that is on the internet as they say let alone tweaks made by accounting to publish.

I think the FA should publically apologise to them for leading them on. Also compensate them for any money the club spent in meeting the criteria.
Beyond that im not sure what they could get out of it.

Its a fascinating story, what were the fa thinking? The rules are clear.
 
It's literally in both Australia Cup competition regulations and AFC Club Competition entry regulations get over it Bergers and accept the decision from the AFC early last week.

The fault is really on the part of the fa for leading them on and not doing their due diligence. They were both “Steven Bradburys” as zappers says tbh..anyway atleast we know the rules, if a club outside the a league wins the cup, they qualify for Asia. Hopefully we can get 2 full qualification spots for the top tier comp back in the future like we used to have
