2026 Hahn Australia Cup

Don't expect Australia Cup final rounds match schedule to be announced til at least next week or following week at the earliest by the governing body as given Football Australia officials are already in Riyadh for Sunday Morning's AFC Asian Cup draw.

plus the fact past 4 finals have been either AFL Grand Final weekend or NRL Grand Final weekend that's 100% unlikely to happen for the 2026 edition at least because of it falling during extended FIFA international break between Monday September 21st and Tuesday October 6th that is why i reckon either Saturday September 19th or Saturday October 10th more likely the latter tbh.

State League 1 beat NPL twice there, and nearly a third time with Atletico. Still could be a third SL1 side if Fulham beat WTB.

Can someone explain to me now how the Dockerty Cup would work on the grounds there's 10 teams left??

The Dockerty Cup has round 7 before they have a playoff, with the winner of that advancing to the semi-finals and Hahn Australia Cup competition proper as South Melbourne have been eliminated from the Dockerty Cup already then the rest of the finals series proceeds as normal.

three round 7 winners qualify for Australia Cup round of 32
and the fourth spot will be fought out in the Dockerty Cup playoff.
