Yep, in the case of some Shield teams they're stacked full of players from other states.

As glad as I've been that my adopted state, South Australia has won the last two Shield titles in a row, they've been the benificiary of some horrendous incompetence by my home state, NSW.

NSW have great depth of talent ATM.

It is a question of how they manage that talent pool.

Tas has also been the beneficiary of NSW players relocating to Tas and then playing for Aus - Jackson Bird, Ed Cowan, Nathan Ellis.

Just report any trolling/goading to admin/mods in football threads, mate.

Or put them on Ignore. I've put a few negative posters on Ignore. I never see anything they post.

The trolls are nothing - they don’t really know you and visa versa
Ignoring is easy as D mentions.
It is long overdue to add input elsewhere there is far more good than not.

For you cricket junkies.
Having had to take my Mum to a dental specialist I was impressed seeing this plaque and info out the front of the building.
Dam, never knew Trumper was around where I grew up many moons later……

When the sun is out and there's a bit of down time, it's really good to see most County Cricket teams simply streaming the match in YouTube. Good promotion of the game and some background noise while around the house.
 
Good news for you Jon, but I AM BLOODY SEETHING as the TCA has done it again and snuck under the eyes of our inept selectors to poach three of our best juniors, Kasey Barton, Nitesh Samuel and William Taylor because we did not secure them with rookie contracts. Imho they were a big part of the future of a resurgence of cricket in my state!!!

I am saying it now with full conviction that if Charlie Anderson is not promoted to a full contract and our selectors lose any more of our juniors I am washing my hands of the Blues for good.
 
Sharkman you are from my state too what are your views about this loss of some of our most promising juniors? Yes unfortunately you can not hold onto all of them, same in footy and league and like LFC says it is a matter of the quick and the dead with Tassie talent scouts out smarting us again. Regardless, to see home grown boys whisked off to another state to continue their cricket journey, hurts like hell and with a new coach at the helm of this state. Would this decision have been made before or after Haddin arrived, we fans demand answers!

the quick and dead I normally apply to movers shakers and mainlanders - not those from a cut off piece of land the iceage already figured was calateral hahaha
Kudos to them but whoa is CNSW - talk about sleeping at the wheel.
Surely done before Haddin no ?
