Dont c why notDoes r/AFL like Big Footy?
Not many comments but some of these don’t look too positive:Dont c why not
I just assumed he was most involved in the Off Topic threads? Have not seen him post in football threads for a while. No sign of Muz? Hope things are alright and it's just like the ever fading Xbox live gamertags who went off to do other things.
What modding lupi is like
Haha just search for his postsI joined post-Lupi. Who wants to do the honours of telling me the story?![]()
Tomorrow’s mission!Haha just search for his posts
Essentially the gist of the story is that Lupi constantly poked the bear and engaged in trolling forumites which ended up going too far and now he's been banned from Green & Gold FC, but his name lives on as part of the forum's lore and storied history along with the antics he and his associates were involved in.I joined post-Lupi. Who wants to do the honours of telling me the story?![]()
That'll be easier said than done because you'll have to scour the forum manually to find any trace of Lupi's posts since all trace of him has disappeared after he crossed the line and ended up getting banned.Tomorrow’s mission!![]()

Ah damn. So basically just a troll with a temper? One day, a poster by the name of Lupi wandered through Aussie Abroad and beyond, making himself known, usually by tearing into players after poor performances.
Now, Lupi claimed he was simply a truth teller, saying what others wouldn’t. But the townsfolk were not convinced. To them, he was more of a chaos merchant, stirring reactions and derailing threads.
The elders of G&G stepped in and gave a warning. Take issues to private messages, not the town square. But Lupi did not listen.
Instead, he pushed his luck.
A thread appeared, not for discussion, but to take aim at the very mods who had warned him.
And, well, you can guess how that story ends.
I would say it's more he was trying to prove others wrong that it got really annoying and wouldn't listen to mods.Ah damn. So basically just a troll with a temper?

Long time no post.
Mod decisions that are not up for public debate is why I no longer post here after multiple posts of mine were taken down for questioning, publicly, some of the decisions.
I'll pop in occasionally for a look but to be honest I couldn't be arsed if that's how the joint is going to be run.
Cheers to those asking about me. I'm well and good.
Excellent post from a Mod, Quicky.Hey Muz,
I understand you're frustrated at some mod decisions. You also disagree with the rule against starting threads or posting content specifically to complain about moderators or moderation actions.
The reason for this rule is mainly to keep threads focused on the community and the topic at hand, rather than turning discussions into public disputes about moderation. Moderators are volunteers who give up their own time to help keep the site running smoothly for everyone, and we’re often dealing with multiple situations at once (irl and on the forum).
That doesn’t mean you can’t question a decision or raise concerns. If you think something has been handled unfairly, the best approach is to contact the mod team directly via private message. In most cases, we’re happy to listen and discuss things reasonably as long as the conversation stays respectful. And if you still feel the issue hasn’t been resolved, you can always escalate it to the site administrator (Pasquali) for review.
You’re still welcome to post on the forum. You haven’t been banned. Choosing not to post is your decision. We enjoy your passion and being a part of the community.
Like everyone else on the site, though, you do need to follow the forum rules, including keeping things respectful and not being abusive toward forum members.
I’m not going to continue discussing this on the forum, but I’m happy to keep chatting via private message if you’d like. Alternatively, you’re welcome to speak with any of the other moderators if you’d prefer.
I hope to hear from you
