Gianluca Okon-Engstler posted a 6.0 rating on FotMob but to be fair he only had two defensive contributions all match and did not create any chances altogether in a 1-1 draw for Club Brugge under-19s where they ended up losing 4-2 in the subsequent penalty shootout.

Best get the Segecic drama over here instead of AA.

Popovic has the easiest answers to criticism here. If someone suggests O'Neill and Boyle could've been eclipsed by Triantis and Segecic at the world cup he'll simply state that it's pure speculation and the former committed unlike the other.

If probed about why neither got on the pitch then he'll say they wanted to try others at the time. If asked whether he can see the loss of their talent he'll respond he doesn't want to get into that and wants to choose those who'll commit longer term regardless of skill.
