Forget the derby, the real event was pizza and wine at the palace followed by Marconi smashing Southern Districts 6-1. Also, Marko Jesic's 300th game for Marconi as a player & Peter "Flea" Pathoysis with 250 games as an assistant, amazing.

Had to work so I couldn’t get down but it looked like a decent crowd considering it wasn’t a particularly noteworthy opponent and the Wanderers v Sydney fc game on down the road at the same time probably drawing the attention of a general football fan

That's from about the 70th. If the ball was deflected in I can see both players don't appear to be in an offside position.

And I thought we had poor officiating in Victoria ! The linesman had a good view of the passage of play. It ain't that hard to spot the Sydney United player is clearly onside.

The dumb fucks at Football NSW thought it would be a great idea to bring up the refs from NPL3 to NPL1 for experience.
