Pretty decent at creating chances but the finishing hasn't been great so far

Sign Up Now!Exactly. America have Christian Pulišić but we’ve had at least three players of his calibre or higher: Tim Cahill, Harry Kewell and Mark Viduka. Then there’s our goalies and defenders of course but I can’t compare them with forwards and midfielders.I can appreciate Howard but still don't get the pedestal he gets put on.
I actually found Keller to be a poor keeper while Friedel worked more solidly. Then there's Brad Guzan...
Yup, the fact that McGree and Metcalfe both have only 1 goal from >30 caps is definitely pretty telling of their contribution to the team.Development comes later but to think McGree got called up by Ange in 2017 and he's only got a solitary goal for Australia is frustrating. That airswing against Curaçao just can't keep happening for the national team.
They're both too timid. Metcalfe had a great shot away Mexico which was parried for a corner and Souttar scored from that. We need to pull the trigger more.Yup, the fact that McGree and Metcalfe both have only 1 goal from >30 caps is definitely pretty telling of their contribution to the team.
I know you guys are probably talking about goals, but McGree assisted for Behich against Japan and Leckie against Denmark. Doesn't get much bigger than these two contributions.Yup, the fact that McGree and Metcalfe both have only 1 goal from >30 caps is definitely pretty telling of their contribution to the team.
Yeah at least he has good assist numbers. Won a penalty against Mexico too.I know you guys are probably talking about goals, but McGree assisted for Behich against Japan and Leckie against Denmark. Doesn't get much bigger than these two contributions.
I wonder that their numbers are like if we take the ice hockey route (where it’s like a goal counts as one, and an assist counts as 0.5)I know you guys are probably talking about goals, but McGree assisted for Behich against Japan and Leckie against Denmark. Doesn't get much bigger than these two contributions.
