No one will top Brillante's treatment. I remember it was a tough introduction but that was after so many convincing pre season games.
 
heracles #9 is really clever with his movement to get into great positions but keeps butchering them
 
Elder had a scan on a potentially fractured toe and results are still yet to be revealed. He said he was already feeling better between the half time he came off and the end of the match that night so it's probably minimal.

definitely sliding doors wasn't it.

To be honest in hindsight he seems a lot weaker than a lot of aussies that haven't gotten near fiorentina level
 
wow Hrustic picks out the top corner with dip and swerve but the keeper makes the save look easy

does the psv goal keeper have aussie relatives lol

Afterwards Brillante just got hoarded in the Italian football farm. Got tired of checking Empoli line ups.

I think a lot of these young A League players won't look out of place in Europe if given the chance.

Had a look or Czech, you could say, and it's Kovar. I didn't realise he'd made the Czech keeper spot his own and their next 5 have minimal caps.

a lot of it was good footwork and anticipation, but I reckon most keepers even at the top level concede a goal there
