The Medical Room - Injury Updates

This is a good read:

10 candidates so fewer than Daniel Garb's 150 man shortlist. Bless it, mind you :D

Adamson getting a mention but we ought to be realistic as well. I for one am really disappointed how Simons and Rawlins have kicked on. It shows again that being very strong at youth level may not amount to much once those playing the long game kick on.

Overy is so young and ironically looked better against more physical U20 WC opponents than the U23 Asian opponents.

I reckon between Italiano, Strain, Metcalfe and Bennie we'll find a good option. It does suck though.

Why do people keep talking about Bennie as a right wing back? Unless I'm sorely mistaken he's never played there.

Sorry to see them injured, but to be fair I don’t think Piol or Daggers would have made the WC squad.
D'Agostino was a chance albeit long odds. Popovic told him to return to AL and get games to improve his chances. He got some caps too in the friendlies.
