Aussies abroad 🌍🦘

Is it mandatory our players take 5 touches in a national team shirt or something? So much instinct at club level. McGree, Segecic, Boyle all clinical.

Think having them wear a club singlet under the Australian kit will do the trick.

Its a lot harder at international level when u dont know where ur teammates will be because u dont play together much

World cups can be better as can asian cups

Mcgree scores
A bit lucky that the chance fell to him but he has been brilliant

Commentator called him the best player in the championship
McGree is close to my favourite Socceroo since Mooy retired.

Shame he's always injured.

There is probably an argument to make that if he had remained injury free Boro would have gone up at some point over the past few years. If injury free he would be a locked on starter at the WC. All the other attackers are really chasing the one spot on the right side. Big 'if' unfortunately.

It says a lot that multiple managers at both NT and club level bring him straight back in.

I’ve got no doubt that if he hadn’t missed all of those games he’d be in the Premier League right now as a no.10, either through promotion or getting bought.

I remember seeing a Boro YouTube fan show 2-3 years ago where they called him their best player.

Perhaps he is our “generational talent” for this generation, only to miss out on the peak of his career due to injury.

I just don't get this he forced his way back into the starting 11 and was playing scoring some goals only to be dropped completely. Its so bizarre
Very strangle. Similarly in the women's game Kyah Simon scored a hat-trick then got dropped from the next match and this week wasn't even in the squad. Teagan Micah was similar: great performances, all clean sheets, then dropped. TL;DR: France (I'm French).
