A league podcast thread

I didn't enjoy Suited and Booted originally but now I see their range of guests has plenty of good stories. It felt a bit insular at the start.

I tend to have the reverse opinion of soccer twitter lol

was very critical of Djite, but enjoyed Joey

I enjoyed Djite's playing day stories but his takes on the game issues were sort of blatantly obvious and superficial. I was expecting a much more thorough analysis of potential solutions.
 
I’ve listened to a couple of the GNG podcasts (well done by the way) and took note of one of the comments made. I think it was Nick Stoll who said something about Milligan potentially being a generational coach.

Verrry early call but it’s going to be interesting to see how he goes. What he’s done so far (with the JETS!?!) has been nothing short of remarkable. Seems to be very Ange influenced.

Very interesting to see how he goes. We definitely do need a generationally good couple of figures in Australian football, and if it’s in coaching, so be it!!
 
Does anyone watch Jets on a regular basis? What's the football like? I might start watching some of their games.. curious to see what the hype is about.
 
Once I heard Legend being over cooked so many times I was done.
What a beat up to interview a journo - they won't get anymore of my time.
