We are terrible. We did such a good job recruiting for the Aus Championship and now we’ve undone all the good work by not replacing Manny and Marshall properly and our depth is a lot worse without the likes of Lavale, Habib and Kaddour. We’ll be getting slaughtered when we play proper teams...

Eliopoulos was out of the matchday squad today (hopefully not already injured). What a disaster that the best centre back we could sign to replace Marshall was him. Very unreliable with so many games to be played this season. We need Manny back ASAP otherwise we won’t be winning anything this year

Liston Diaz and Thomas Manos the only ones confirmed at this stage. I’d assume they’ll throw money around again after a disappointing season last year

Preston, Heidelberg and Oakleigh locks for top 3. South will just be looking to make the top 6 and do damage in finals. Green Gully have recruited well and should make the top 6 after missing out on finals for the last 3 years

With Lavale gone aswell we need 2 strikers now. We don’t have a recognised striker in the squad. Ren Nagamatsu would be a handy option as backup but doubt he’ll return after he was let go for the Australian Championship

Ahmed has signed for Green Gully and Kamara for Bentleigh. I would love Ayden Brice to replace Marshall but he’ll probably be following Zoki to Preston
