Is it still just two teams that go down in Women's NPL Vic, or was it expanded to 3 like the mens when they went from 12 to 14 teams this season? Can't find it online

I'd say ~5 of the players start fairly regularly; it wasn't full strength at all but not quite a reserves lineup
