Bit of a surprise re Moreton city, but I think the fa will quietly be pretty content with which semi finals we’ve ended up with

Hard to say, we had 3.4k against Moreton and this looked a fair bit more.

Not a great match, we just suffocated Spirit and they couldnt do much, as i predicted in the pre game we would likely aerially bombard them and they caved.

Not sure our level will be up to it next week.

Yes agree re your level.
IMO similar to Marconi - dogged defense press opposites into mistakes but nothing much in general play attack.
Crowded box Spirit could t find room.
Though it’s winning games.
I actually expected more crowd what I saw watching sbs but still good.

@Monoethnic Social Club a lot of water to go under the bridge yet, but the Marconi v Hellas final is very much on the cards..final preparations now underway for the dance recital too by now I’d imagine

Unfortunately no night semi finals. The word was South are hosting Saturday arvo at 3.35pm so Marconi will likely get a 12.30pm game im guessing.

Ridiculous time slot, but I doubt they’ll be able to change it for contractual reasons. It’ll be built into the sbs Saturday double header broadcast arrangement.

Midday kick off on the day of the wanderers v Sydney fc derby down the road at parramatta. That ain’t how you’d plan it if you wanted to maximise attendance. All the more frustrating because the weather is looking fairly decent a week out. Also I won’t be able to attend if so
