Looks like a pretty easy win for australia

Was at church when the bulk of the innings happened due to rain delays, so didnt see much

He is fast but not wayward. That is what most impressed me when I first saw him tear into the U19 Poms bout 18 mths ago.
Impressive, but Beardman was part of an inexperienced WA attack.

Tas far too good in today’s One Day game. Tas have been poor for years in One Day cricket. Now have won 4 out of 4.

Tas also third in Shield, according to members in Crick Tas.

Selectors giving their emerging pace attack a run. Liam Haskett's fast, bouncy left armers would've been a smart addition too.
Hasket impressed in the Shield game.

Apparently, Kelly took 5 or 6 in one innings in the Shield game.

I thought WA should have bowled Rocciocioli more. He took 1 wicket and looked threatening.

Tas’s sometime express bowler Meredith looked like he was bowling within himself, searching for a more consistent 3rd stump line. He still bowled a lot of spiteful bouncers that hit WA batters, or forced evasive action.

Despite injury, Bell bowled well in the second innings.

Chaudhary, only bowled a few overs of fast through the air leg spinners.

Not sure if I’ve said it before, but Tas lost 8 poles in less than a session on the first day.

Plus Tas lost 5-9 at the end of the second innings.

The pitch had a bit in it for the whole game for pace bowlers.

One Day live cricket has more trad cricket shots than T20.

I enjoyed today’s live game.
DC like I say reduce it to 40 overs, then there will be less of the tedious noodlng in middle overs. Todays cricket fan wants to see positive cricket. Reason Tests prob need some tinkering too to make it a viable format well into the future, tho personally am loathe to change anything.

Was at church
You a churchgoer grazor. I went off attending church after we had to march four km to one while at boarding school. Most of us were knackered after doing that in the warm sun, myself and other boys given three lashes across the bum for sleeping during a sermon. I am tho a devoted Christian, not an athiest like my brother.

DC Tassie also engaged in a Seconds game. Want a link. Anyway reason I'm posting this is Ricky Pontings nephew Tom Dwyer, 18, is playing and made 96 yesterday in his first major game. Coincidence or what as Ricky also made 96 in his first Test. Tom scored his first PC ton too a couple of rounds back, a white ball one I think. Sounds to me like a good batting prospect for Tassie cricket. Will have a better idea once I see him bat.

Do you TC members know you have a cricketer Marcus Bean, 21, that stands 210cm (6'/10'') tall, playing for you DC. Am watching him bowl his left armers in the 2nd X1 match and dead set he dwarfs every other player, even fellow pacemen. Dont mind betting he is the tallest cricketer playing Premier or Seconds in the country.

yep converted to Christianity at 16. I go to whatever church is closest to my home usually, so its been a different denomination in every country :D. Currently I'm Anglican

3 lashes sounds intense! Thankfully none of that anymore haha, but maybe give me a few years and I'll be an old cummudgeon saying kids these days need a good lashing :D
