Does anyone know if Arzani was just flat left out of the UCL squads so far? Or did his transfer come after the player registration for this round possibly? Seems strange otherwise.

Can still be registered if they progress past the league phase. Maybe they letting him adjust. Who is his agent? bloke seems useless at finding him a decent move lol
