They don't have the money at the moment, there objective is just to compete and not get relegated next season.

The former knights president was of that opinion. By being in a summer comp they wouldnt be clashing with the other Cro clubs in Melbourne and would be able to attract the youth of the community in summer.

South are in the same boat only x10000 lol

100%... tell u what though if they have $24mil odd to bail out the dying league then anything they use as an excuse to kill this off wont be worth the toilet paper they script it on....

Still very interested to see where APIA play while Leichhardt is being redeveloped.

If I can offer my free advice to anyone of influence who may or may not read this forum; please do not attempt to play out of kogarah, it won’t work and the crowds won’t follow you across to that venue. Leichhardt works because the club has a historic connection to it and it’s within the clubs traditional heartland.

If they stuff up this call it could hurt the momentum the club had built in recent years in the same way playing out of Olympic park for a couple of years hurt the wanderers

I actually don't mind it, having everything uniform across Australia and in one place is great for a stat nerd 🤓 Queensland, WA and NNSW need to get onboard.

Pretty average for south if so. But wouldn’t be the worst group for Marconi imo. Potential to get some decent crowds there. Marconi, Adelaide Juventus, Sydney Croatia, Canberra Croatia.

In any case prepare yourself mentally that it’s likely to be something like that
