NPL 2026

2 games behind closed doors and whatever else is coming

Mind you....

Box hill and malvern had a fight on the pitch and some supporters joined in but hey thats all good.

2024 - Oakleigh had a player incite the thunder crowd the game had to be stopped at ht due to crowd violence but all good its aki so lets sweep it under the rug.

Dockerty cup against oakleigh few years ago. Taunting. Inciting chanting from their side. Nothing happened

2 banners and our entire club is now public enemy number 1

Mate they weren’t even born in 2007. Bunch of 15 year olds who have watched Green Street Hooligans once and want to be hard. Couldn’t even point to Macedonia on a map. Feel bad for the club and the actual Preston supporters who have to deal with their shit.
Hence why i said they claimed 07 and only popped up around 3 years ago?

The Avala sets haven't even been real for decades, they just reborn as groups of SFC/WSW young serbs taunting each together apparently. At least the mid 2010s one was all from SFC.

Sydney FC is full of them.

They even had two stick displays of Sydney Srbija in the cove.

it's quite sad they rather support the A-League, then there own club

SA and TAS not included in the listings for some reason - I would suspect at least SA NPL to be ahead of ACT NPL
Surprised that NPL New South Wales is considered stronger than NPL Victoria given that both of those Member Federation comps are of a similar standard and have sides which have performed fairly well in the Hahn Australia Cup competition proper in recent times.

If there is a difference between the vic and nsw npl it’s just part of the natural ebb and flow of leagues having stronger and weaker periods Ala the “big 4” in Europe imo. Dare say if you go back through the decades there would have been periods when the nsw state league was slightly stronger and periods when the vic state league was slightly stronger for various reasons. In saying that no idea how you go about quantifying this, take it with a massive pinch of salt imo. It’s like those economist magazine city livability rankings or time out magazines “coolest neighbourhood” rankings. Based off some random company’s subjective arbitrary criteria and then claiming to be an offical ranking

swings and round-abouts, both NSW and VIC have had highs and lows.

now we are seeing VIC dominate the NPL, but not by much.
