TBH this is the main reason why I'm fine with Irvine in midfield over Okon. For as well as Okon has performed do feel in that first half against the US he got overwhelmed with the occasion. Not because of his ability but just inexperience.

Glad we have Irvine and Behich on field who can really help these younger players rise to the occasion.

The Socceroos will want to get the job done over Paraguay but even if we played out a draw we'll still finish second out of the third-placed sides following Sweden's draw with Japan and Ecuador's win over Germany.
