What I've noticed recently is the losers getting arrested aren't wearing any Socceroos gear, or any kit at all, and sometimes even shirtless. These tossers are outsiders.
 
Saw blokes interviewed in roadman gear with American like accents. Events where troublemakers like to go.
 
So groups A-C and E will be finished before us so we'll know the 3rd placed totals for those groups but may have to face a nervous wait.

Group A bodes well that 3rd will hopefully have just 1 or 2 points.

I expect Bosnia to hit 4 points but maybe a negative GD.

Group C is Scotland and very likely negatives GD after a Brazil loss.

Group E is still early but with any luck Curaçao get a miracle draw against Ecuador. I think Ecuador will finish 3rd on 3 points and +2 goals. They'll beat Curacao 4:0 and lose 1:0 to Germany.

The other groups have a lot to happen but hopefully Saudi and Cape Verde draw for a single point.

Australia losing to Paraguay means 3 points and negative GD and I think they'll just miss out.
 
Was a shame Ghana got that last minute goal against Panama, coz otherwise they'd both be destined for just one point in group L. Mind you, Ghana will likely end up with just 3 points and negative GD. Group A 3rd place likely to have just 1 pt. Group C 3rd place will have 3pts and negative GD (Scotland). Hopefully Brazil crush them. A bit hard to predict the other groups after just one match day.

This tool respects H2H. Hopefully Group A and C and maybe B are below us before we even play. We need Iran and NZ, Saudi Arabia and Cape Verde to draw and lose their games. I actually think Japan, Netherlands, Sweden could equally finish on 5.

My predictions even have Scotland through. Ideally Norway batter Senegal and a Jordan Algeria draw would be great.
 
It's good we're in the middle on group D. We can see those finished before us and know others are to come. Sickening predictions if we lose heavily and then the earlier groups start bumping forward. Advancement wouldn't be deserved then. I can't bank on a Saudi Cape Verde draw and trust Iran to upset Egypt to then flip it around.

Happy annual bump! I've seen a bit of chatter about Overy. Italiano being world cup hardened is also a good thing.

If we finish 3rd is there any way to work out if we're more likely to play top in group E (probably Germany) or top in group I (probably France). We definitely want to finish 2nd and play 2nd in group G. Imagine it was Iran or NZ! Could happen.
