Robertson is more a 6/8 than a 10, i dont know why ppl keep listing him as this. And especially not a 10 in the way we use our 10s (inverted wingers) where they need some speed. In this system he clearly is one of the 6/8s so he is competing with O'neill, Irvine and Okon.

I mean - who is and isn't in an offside position is pretty clear. Just depends on your interpretation of how involved in the play you have to be to commit an offside offence

I'm not sold so much on the RB and RW - Could also see Volpato in the attacking ???? spot I listed, with Metcalfe taking that AM role. RB - as usual - our problem child. I do like Italiano, but... the rest of our backline just seems a class above.​

Velupillay is fast but he isn't USMNT fast. I think he will be rendered useless as well as Leckie. Toure will be isolated and all the attacks will come down the left-hand side with Bos.

I'm pretty certain Irankunda will be the 9.

Very perceptive, pretty much exactly what happened.
 
Williams made comments that Beach could have done more for the 1st. Was indecisive, didn't command his box and put pressure on the defenders.

I think that's a fair criticism. There was a bunch of little things Beach, Burgess, and our whole right side of the defensive line really could have done to not have that happen, and it just bit us bad
 
How many own goals is Burgess gonna concede for us. The funny thing about it, is I remember in not just the japan game, but other games where he came close to doing the same thing
