Cristiano Ronaldo is becoming less relevant during this World Cup cycle because he's starting to regress and wonderkids like Nestory Irankunda and Lamine Yamal are making waves instead.
 
Yamals dad is older than Ronaldo.. was funny listening to Kewell and Boetang talk about Modric in 2006 when they were both playing also.

Having had to watch ENG v CRO twice in a few days cause SBS seem to only wanna play the big games on replay.

Man I really thought Tuchel would have the balls to drop Kane but he won't and the lack of press in the forward line and lack of a controller in the midfield will mean again they can't control games and will bow out early.

The box midfield that they used in the second half will help but it's going to kill em on the counter.

Not sure he can get Stones stepping in to.midfield confidently when he's not 100% fit its a big ask.

It will be another should of could of English golden gen.

Seriously don't know what result we want between Turkey and Paraguay.

Paraguay win secures 3rd for us at least.

I know, but he theoretically COULD be the same age. 41-18=23, and a 23-year-old is capable of having kids. It used to be fairly common for 23-year-olds to have kids many decades ago (and still is in many countries) and even more so before that, since education was less of a priority at the time.

A draw or a lousy 1–0 win either way. A draw obviously sees us remain in second. We wanna be ahead on GD so if either of them win it has to be by only one goal. If either of them lose they’re out and we’d probably go through. Paraguay probably won’t go through with –3 GD either way though.

The Socceroos now have a for and against of zero after that loss to the United States with the two goals conceded today cancelling our two goals scored in the match against Turkey.

just remember - 3 way tie doesn't necessarily mean overall goal difference is needed - it will be goal difference 'between the teams concerned' that is counted first
