It's Australia's final group game - and it's do or die for both sides, as Australia faces off with Paraguay in San Francisco





Whilst the Socceroos don't know this at the time of kick-off, Turkiye's victory over USA has confirmed them as Group D winners. For Australia to guarantee advancing to the Round of 32, they must defeat Paraguay - who also needs to win to have a sniff of advancing as third place.

A Turkey win. We beat them, so head to head we are third if Paraguay beat us. I don't think USA lose to Turkey. However, I guess playing devil's advocate, a draw between them would mean we have to get at least a point against Paraguay. Interesting question.

I think a draw in this match is the worst scenario for us. Means a Turkey win over USA, and a loss to Paraguay sees us last no matter what.

I would say Paraguay win is probably the best - as it will knock Turkey out completely, and seal at least third for us. If Turkey win, leaves too much in the air.
